I have spent over 30 years in the restaurant industry, starting as a dish washer at a local pizza restaurant and most recently as CEO of a $150 million per year bar and grill concept with 45 locations. During that tenure, I was able to greatly influence improvement in operations and people management while balancing a solid expertise in financial performance. My background moved from operations management to finance where I become the head of finance and later CFO for various sized organizations at differing levels of growth.
I have extensive experience in developing brand strategy and taking those ideas from conception to actual execution in the field. I have assisted many employees and franchisees in various organizations with development and execution of planning - from operations, to people development, to financial analysis and P&L management.
I am currently a partner in a leadership and executive coaching business where we specialize in helping leaders understand and overcome limiting beliefs that may be holdingthem back from achieving their full potential. I believe I have the abilities to assist small business leaders in many segments both functionally and intellectually to deliver their best performance.
